Peter Schofield is the founding partner of Schofield Defense. He provides effective representation for clients in criminal and traffic law matters.
Education
Mr. Schofield earned his undergraduate degree at Thomas Aquinas College, sharpening his analytical skills through its Great Books Program. He completed his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Ave Maria School of Law, where he participated in moot court and contributed to legal publications.
Legal Career
Mr. Schofield’s career includes extensive work in the legal community. He was a founding Partner of Virginia Traffic Attorneys and Garcia Jones & Schofield, PLLC. Prior to these practices Mr. Schofield's legal work spanned from the public sector at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Litigation Bureau and The United States Deparment of Justice Constitutional and Specialized Tort Division, to private litigation firms both in Massachusetts and Virginia.
Personal Life
Mr. Schofield lives in Warren County, Virginia with his wife and eight children. He enjoys exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains and spending time on the beautiful Shenandoah River.
